Hari Hara - by definition involves Vishnu and Shiva. 
Neither one is supreme - What is supreme is Brahman. 
HariH Om! - Hari ended up in Om! Sadananda

This video explains about Harihara being a manifestation of Lord Shiva
only. Lord Shiva alone is the Supreme Reality.
