The notion of the “me” means the assumption that I stand separateand apart from consciousness as an independent do-er, agent, thinker, enjoyer,etc. This is false, as there is no such entity to be observed or discovered inour experience.

 

Examineyour life in its totality.

Whenexamined the following facts emerge.

Theentity appearing in waking state is limited to that state.

Similarlythe entity appearing in dream state is limited to that state.
Youappropriate both the states of waking and dream to yourself. 
Hence you arepresent in both the states.
Inthe Light of the above anuBava what are you?

AreYOU an entity?

Theentity appears and disappears 

               whereas 

YOUneither appear nor disappear. 

 So, YOU are not an entity at all.

Thisis the TRUTH.

Then,what are you?
