[Advaita-l] Released souls and their destination as per Sri Appayya Deekshitar

I remembered somewhere I read that Sri Appayya Dikshitar in his work siddhAnta lesha saMgraha observed that brahman associated with qualities is the cause of the world and the released souls (mukta jeeva-s) first attain union with saguNa brahman or Ishwara ONLY until 'ALL' the jeeva-s / souls are ultimately released.  Is it true??  and any authentic reference from this work for or against this would be highly appreciable.
