सर्वक्रियाविनिर्मुक्तममूर्तं परमार्थतः
In this text it is stated that Brahman is transcendentally passive (free of
any actions) and formless as admitted in Advaita.
Some say that the Iswara Samhita is a shorter form of the Satvata Samhita:
