Namaste Chandramouliji,
I was referring to your previous email, which appeared to be a reply to my
first email on the 18th of August, as it appeared in response to that email
- I think you have removed both those emails in this chain.
In my email, I was agreeing with Sudhanshu ji's analysis of the Advaita
Siddhi portion on the definition of avidyA, where the siddhikAra had
interpreted "bhAva" to refer to presence in general and not necessarily
paramArtha sat.
To this, your email in reply had said that the main point of the discussion
was that various scholars had referred to avidyA as positive and in
particular, that Goda Venkateshwara Shastry's view was that bhAva referred
to Brahman.
I didn't understand the relevance of that response.
