What is the difference between akhanDAkArA-vritti (of BhAmatI and VivaraNa) and nirvikalpaka samAdhi (of Patanjali Maharshi)?

>  not a good student of Sanskrit hence this query :  can a vrutti which is akhanda at the same time has the AkAra also is there any problem if some one say akhanda vrutti instead of akhandAkAra vrutti ??  And also can the Atman be seen 'as it is' to say we have to have the Atma sAkshAtkAra??  What exactly does it mean when these terms used in AV!!??
