[Advaita-l] Definition of sAkshI

There is this definition of sAkshitvam, not aware of the text though: '
अकर्तृत्वे सति बोधृत्वम्’ - Being passive yet 'knowing', is sākṣitvam.
There is no action of 'knowing' involved.
