[Advaita-l] What is Samadhi?

Yes. Point 1. PRASAMKHYANA state has to be achieved for not self
realization but total kaivalya state. Ref PY Sutra fourth chapter 29 th
sloka. Once realised the yogi can not come back to samprajnata state and
back to life. That is not self realisation. S.R Means total moksha that is
the final state.  If a yogi states that he is a self realised soul is a
total bluff. The very purpose of samadhi vis a vis Dharma mega samadhi is
cloud of virtues called dharma, is to attain nir bija samadhi to kaivalya
samadhi. That is why Vasishta maharishi also says yoga is mokshopaya. Dr.
