Skandaswami commented on Rk Samhita.  Did you mean Hariswami his son?  His 
commentary is included in the multi-volume printed edition of the SB most 
recently reprinted by Nag Prakashan I believe.


Incidently *swami names are considered typically Tamilian nowadays but 
father and son were from Valabhi then (c. 7th century AD) the capital of 
Gujarat.
