The 'Shuddha' Brahman of the Veda and Veda Vyasa's works
In the Prasthana traya bhashya, Shankara has used the expression 'nitya
shuddha buddha mukta svabhava' several times to refer to Brahman and the
Atman. A couple of samples are given below where Shankara even says that
this is a teaching of the Upanishads:
Brahmasutra Bhashya 1.1.4:
1.1.2:
Upon a search we find that the Nrsimha Tapini Upanishat has an expression
that comes closest to Shankara's expression:
https://sanskritdocuments.org/doc_upanishhat/nrisinha.html
There is a Bhashya on this Upanishad, stated to be of Shankaracharya.
