*स्मृतीनां च पुराणानां भारतस्य तथैव च
।वेदानुसारिविद्यानामन्यासामास्तिकोत्तमाः ॥ ६८॥शैवागमानां सर्वेषां
विष्णुप्रोक्तागमस्य च ।अस्मदुक्तागमस्यापि सुराः सूक्ष्मनिरूपणे ॥
६९॥बुद्धागमानां सर्वेषां तथैवार्हागमस्य च
।यक्षगन्धर्वसिद्धादिनिर्मितस्यागमस्य च ॥ ७०॥परमाद्वैतविज्ञानं कस्य
मर्त्यस्य सिध्यति ।कस्य देवस्य वा साक्षाच्छिवस्यैव हि सिध्यति ॥ ७१॥*
~ श्रीस्कन्दपुराणे सूतसंहितायां ब्रह्मगीतासूपनिषत्सु
तलवकारोपनिषद्व्याख्याकथनं चतुर्थोऽध्यायः ॥ ४॥

Verse 68: Of the Smritis, Puranas, and the Bharata (Mahabharata), And of
the sciences that follow the Vedas, and others - O best of the faithful!

Verse 69: Of all the Shaiva Agamas, and the Agamas spoken by Vishnu, And
even of the Agamas spoken by us, O gods, in subtle examination,

Verse 70: Of all the Buddhist Agamas, and likewise of the Jain Agamas, And
of the Agamas created by Yakshas, Gandharvas, Siddhas, and others,

Verse 71: The knowledge of Supreme Non-dualism, for which mortal does it
become perfected? For which god does it become directly perfected? Indeed,
only for Shiva.  *The idea is: There is no mortal in reality; it is Shiva,
Brahman, alone that appears as the bound jiva and the released one.   *
