When I get smoke-jnAna, that coupled withvyApti-samskAra, gives rise to anumiti-pramA i.e. fire-jnAna directly, withoutany intermediary. There is no need for even vyApti-smriti.

 

“So inthe past, when I had vyapti-jnaana, I got a samskara” Does that not imply  I have understood the vyaapti-jnaanam of smoke.So when I get smoke-jnaanam and coupled with vyaapti-samskara’.. In essence I amusing the current smoke knowledge and vyaapti-jnaanam from my memory. Is it nothow anumiti-pramaa works even as per Vedanta Paribhasha? Are they differentiatingthe samskara and memory of vyaapti-jnanaam? Vyaapti jnaanam is alwaysestablished by past experience or samksara, if they want to call it. 

 

Is it nothow anumaana pramaana works?
