One vedic truth you can think about which you broadly mentioned.
- the concept (I e., knowledge) of the object precedes the manifestation of
the physical object.
All knowledge exists in a conscious being, called Ishvara, at the beginning.
The Vedas are the eternal knowledge which is inseparable from Ishvara. Maya.
That knowledge by itself does not have a mind of its own. So that concept
cannot arise of its own. Ishvara's shakti makes the concept arise which
later manifests as physical objects of the universe.
