Again IMO tarka karkasha statements 😊 when both mAya or tuccha are atyanta abhAva how tuccha is not atyanta bhAva again you said both mAya and tuccha have non-existence and again you said both are not identical, the reason you have given is mAya as the separate entity ( which is not tuccha but atyanta abhAva) has the capacity to ‘appear’ in pratipanna upAdhi!!??  How can an atyanta abhAva vastu can still appear in upAdhi??  How at first place do you now there are two types of atyanta abhAva vastu-s and both are at the same time identical and different??  What is the extra definition you have to define mAya and tuccha apart from its common status i.e. atyanta abhAva??  Which are all the parameters that you are using one atyanta abhAva – mAya has capacity to appear and another atyanta-abhAva entity tuccha does not??

mAya is tuccha or atyanta  abhAva (as Sri Sudhanshu very often declares) like hare's horn??

atyanta-abhAva and tuchchha are not synonyms. atyanta-abhAva-tva is common to mithyA and tuchchha. Thus, mAyA and tuchchha both have non-existence. However, mAyA and tuchchha are not identical. Because, mAyA has the capacity to appear in pratipanna-upAdhi. However, tuchchha has no such capacity.

Hence, MAyA and tuchchha are not identical.
