Yes, brahma tattva just for the teaching purpose can be denoted by some words but it cannot be expressed or indicated by any words. Brahman is said as satyam just to understand that it is not kArya (effect), likewise jnAnam. Taittireeya 2.1 bhAshya is very relevant here. Where bhAshyakAra says brahman cannot be denoted by the terms such as jnAnaM, satyam etc. as brahman by its very nature devoid of all specific features. Elsewhere he clarifies, braman is consciousness, bliss, prajnAna ghana etc. are just superimposition on which, which cannot be expressed by any words. The only way to express 'this' is by way of negation i.e. by calling it 'neti neti'.
