avidyA includes the vidyA/knowedge concerning the acquired pApa/puNya by the jIvAs. It is necessary for Iswara, who is the dispenser of the corresponding results to the jIvAs, to be possessed of this knowledge/vidyA. Hence it is but appropriate to understand that Iswara is the possessor of this avidyA. Hence also it is to be understood that this avidyA is located in Iswara. Hence Iswara is NOT **avidyA vinirmukta**.
* Just I would look at this with one local example. Last week I had been to dentist to extract my wisdom tooth as it was giving lot of pain. Dentist promptly did his work after knowing ‘my problem’ and pain. Now should I say dentist too is the possessor of my problem as he is aware of my problem and treated it accordingly!!if the answer is yes then this dentist must be the highest possessor of all avidyA-s / pains as he is treating hundreds of patients 😊 Ishwara is just karmaphala dAta not himself a karmi / bandhi hence those visheshaNa-s for the Lord in introduction. If I am right bhAshyakAra explicitly says in sUtra bhAshya that Ishwara is avidyA vinirmukta. I don’t remember the exact reference.
Hari Hari Hari Bol!!!
