Namaste all. Here are my thoughts on this. I am a beginner myself , so may
be wrong.
>From my understanding Ishvara is the controller of Maya or Avidya, hence he
is Mayadheesha.
We are controlled by the same Maya (or Avidya) , so we are Mayadheena.
So Ishvara who controls the Maya becomes Sarvavit and Sarvajna , that is
the knower of all worldly knowledge (Sarvavit) as well as the knower of
Paramarthika knowledge (Sarvajna).
Knowing the true reality as well as controlling. the Maya, the Ishvara is
not affected by it and is hence free from Avidya (vinirmukta).
Thanks and Regards
