Dear Raghav ji,

Sri Natraj clarified to me:

 The other three lists use the name Vishvarupacharya instead of
Sureshvaracharya. So to keep things consistent, I used Vishvarupacharya
while writing the Shringeri list too. Looks like I missed mentioning
Sureshwaracharya in the bracket in the English version.

These pramanas will settle any confusion between Vishvarupa and Sureshvara.
Vidyaranya/Madhavacharya uses the name Vishvarupacharya when he actually
refers to Sureshvaracharya.  Sri Natraj shared with me some very
compelling images from the Parashara Madhaviya and, Vidyaranya's Jivanmukti
viveka where he cites verses from Sureshwaracharya's Vartika,
Naishkarmyasiddhi, by naming the author thereof as Vishwarupacharya.  I
shall share the images to your private email, as this forum can't take
images.
