Jaishankarji this is very interesting.  Do you know exactly where in 
Jivanmuktiviveka this is quoted?  I was not able to find it under either 
name after a quick glance.

I was also under the impression that paramarthasara is a Kashmiri Shaiva 
work not an Advaita one.  Mind you, amongst all the darshanas, 
pratyabhijna is probably closest to Advaita Vedanta.  The primary 
differences are that they believe the supreme being (Paramashiva) is a 
karta while Brahman is not and it is based on Agamas and Tantras rather 
than Vedas,
