Devi’s cannibalism or flesh eating is quite evident in devi mahAtmya as well 😊 In Rahasya traya Stotra also there is suggestion to offer madya and mAmsa to devi.  Likewise Lord rAma’s non-vegan’s diet is also too quite clearly mentioned in rAmAyaNa unless relevant verses interpreted favoring shAkhAhAra 😊 Krishna too says patraM, pushpaM phalaM tOyaM yOme bhaktyA prayacchati…there is no restrictions as such with regard to offering when it is done with pure devotion.  In shrauta yagna-s (like sOma) offering some flesh / blood of an animal is part of the ritual.
