Namaste to All,

My name is Swagata Chowdhury, and the region or state I reside in falls
under the jurisdiction of the Govardhan Math. Personally, I consider the
Shankaracharyas of the four mathas as the ultimate authoritative figures in
matters of religion and philosophy. I hold immense respect for the Sringeri
Math, which, even after over a thousand years, continues to produce some of
the finest scholars, many of whom attain the esteemed titles of or equal to
Vachaspati or Mahamahopadhyaya, even in this deeply tumultuous Kali Yuga.

The first Advaita Vedanta text I read in my life was authored by Dr.
Ashutosh Shastri Vidyavachaspati, who was a master of Kavya, Vyakarana,
Sankhya, and Vedanta. He was one of the finest disciple of Mahamahopadhyaya
Lakshmana Dravida Shastri, one of Kashi's foremost Advaita Vedanta
scholars. Notably, Lakshmana Dravida Shastri was the great-grandfather of
the present-day renowned Advaita Vedanta scholar and Asthan Vidwan,
Mahamahopadhyaya Mani Dravida Shastri.

I hope to gain further knowledge about Dharma and philosophy through this
