Why not?  Many of our greatest Advaitins have.  Also please note we are
talking about the Vedas.  Other people may learn from shastras inspired by
the Vedas such as Puranas, Ramayana etc.

Monday January 19, 1997 is as much the Vedic Golden Age as any other
moment and no they weren't.
