[Advaita-l] Siva Purana Vayu Purana Maha Purana

Namaste Sriram

In Devi Bhagavata Purana it has Siva Purana  in the list of Upa
Puranas.  In some lists Vayu Purana is a Upa Purana and Siva Purana is
a Maha Purana. Which list is correct?

According to some text Matsya Purana and Kurma Purana are Saiva not
Vaishnava. Is this correct?
