A five-day chintana ghoṣṭhi  organized by Vedanta Bharati to discuss some
topics from the Bhāṣyas of Sri Shankaracharya is beginning tomorrow,
Wednesday, 16th July, 2014.

Topics:

 Brahmasutra: 2nd adhyāya 3rd pāda on the jīvasvarupa

Upanshads:  Taittiriya 2.6 and 2.7, Bṛhadāraṇyaka 1.2.1 (popularly called
'ghaṭa bhāṣyam)

Bhagavadgītā : The Introduction along with the commentary

Venue: Nagalakshmi Kalyana Mantapa, No.5, 9th Main, B.V.Karanth Road,
Banashankari 2nd Stage, Bangalore 560070.

Eminent scholars of Advaita Vedanta, such as Sri Krishnamurthy Sastriṇaḥ
and Sri Mani Dravid Sastriṇaḥ will be participating and leading the
discussion.

The proceedings will be completely in Sanskrit.

Those interested in the discussions (with knowledge of Sanskrit) are
welcome to attend.  Pl. bring the text books with you.

The program commences at 9 AM on 16.7.2014 and will go up to evening with
breaks for lunch, etc.
