It cannot be 'found' in NB. The shaastra 'makes' an Ishwara out of NB and
Maya. This is for a purpose.

It is the shaastra that superimposes kaaranatvam on Tat. This is called
'adhyaropa.  The apavada is 'no jaati, no creation.'
