Brahma sutra Bhashya: 1.3.29. This is a very important sutra to determine
the nature of the 'size' of the jivatma:

In the Shvetashvatara Mantra ‘
(5.9) the jiva, spoken of as 'aNu',
atomic size figuratively, is also taught to be of infinite nature. The
Taittiriya teaches Brahman as 'satyam jnanam anantam'. Shankara considers
another mantra of the Shv.Up. 5.8. that also appears to say that the jiva
is of a finite size and explains that such a specification is only on the
basis of the association with the buddhi, etc. upadhis and not by its own
inherent nature.
