I follow the path of 'nAma-siddhAnta'.  Discrimination between Siva & Vishnu is the 
most gruesome sin and considered to be the first among 'nAma-aparAdhA'.

श्रीश-ईशयोः अभेदः is the 1st aspect that is taught.  

Also,

सता निन्दा नाम्न परमपराध बुधजना,
वदन्त्येना कर्तुं न खलुमनुजः कोऽपि यतने ॥
शिवस्य श्रिविष्णोयं इह गुणरामादि सकल ।
ध्रिया भिन्न पश्येत्स खलु हरिनामाहितकरः ॥

The nAma-aparAdhAs are:

1) Using abusive words in un-parliamentary language against Saints
2) Discrimination b/w Shiva & Vishnu
