If Veda Vyasa were to do something to produce dvesha in a person for
Bhagavan, then Veda Vyasa cannot be considered to be an incarnation of
Bhagavan who had the mission to do good.  Someone who intends to do good to
a human will never do anything to engender  dvesha for Bhagavan.
