[Advaita-l] PRATYABHIJNA HRIDAYA

Dear Memebers,                             If any one studies the Doctrines of Kashmiri Philosphy i.e Pratyabhijna Hridaya, please express your experience in simple terms to understand it thoroughly or any bhasya's / interpretation in layman's language (any common man understand it easily its contents).
The First Sutra is the Essence of all & Crux which can desides the "Chittha Suddhi":


Godess Awareness brings about the emission, Preservation & Reabsorption of all the thins as an expression of her own self awareness, Nothing else could be the cause because nothig exsists separately from the divine light of exsistance.

Simply,  If one can control the freedom of Mind, Then it gives the full control on the Self.without controlling mind  or sense objects, it is difficult for the self control.
I would like to bring the attention of Vedanta Teachers i..e Acharya Sadanandaji,  Please show some light or your views on this and also how to Keep any Eye on the Mind while doing the normal regular activities and what is sastra's recommendation on controlling the mind so that we can know ourself better.
This is also looking like a cause-effect principle for me
Experts are requested to contribute or share their views in understandig this sutra.
