The Mohamudgara or Bhaja Govindam stotra has the refrain na hi na hi
rakshati dukrnkarane.  "You will not be protected by dukrnkarane."

I would like to add couple of Lines here.
Mohamudgara is jewel from the treasures of Adi Shankara's Advaita works.
It simplet give the core essence of GITA & as well the objective of human life.
In one of the intitial Stanaza's it says punarapi jananm punarapi maranam Jhatare sayanam.पुनरपि जननं पुनरपि मरणं,पुनरपि जननी जठरे शयनम्।

Being born again, dying again, and again lying in the mother’s womb; this samsara is extremely difficult to cross over. Save me, O destroyer of Mura, through your infinite compassion.

Cooming the stanza : ज गोविन्दं भज गोविन्दं, गोविन्दं भज मूढ़मते।
संप्राप्ते सन्निहिते काले, न हि न हि रक्षति डुकृञ् करणे ॥१॥
"na hi na hi rakshati dukrnkarane"

Dukrnakarane – In Sanskrit, the verbal root kr, in the sense of karane, means to do. It is symbolic of all the aphorisms of grammar in the pursuit of the knowledge of grammar. Here, the knowledge of grammar stands for any intellectual pursuit. Thus, “Dukrnakarane” represents the various intellectual pursuits in life.
nahi nahi rakshati – does not protect. The accomplishments in various intellectual fields do not serve to protect you. When?amprapte sannihite kale – samprapte means very well obtained. kala means time or death. Samprapte sannihite kale is when the appointed time draws near, or when death arrives. At that time, none of these intellectual accomplishments will protect you or save you.More details & exellent explantions on Bhaja Govinda Stora can found in this Link.https://ahambrahmasmi4.wordpress.com/2016/09/06/bhajagovindamverse1/

Thanks for the kind words sir.  One more thing which also ties into a
current series of posts in this list is that in order to acheive this
manonasha one must first understand and control the mind and its workings.

The Mohamudgara or Bhaja Govindam stotra has the refrain na hi na hi
rakshati dukrnkarane.  "You will not be protected by dukrnkarane."  This
is from Panini's dhatupatha so some foolish people think it means you
don't need to study vyakarana or other shastras or even that such study
will take you backwards on the Vedantic path.  Such people are not
"spiritual" merely illiterate.  On the contrary Shankaracharya says that
vyakarana is "vedanam veda" the Veda of the Vedas because it is only
through proper analysis of speech we can get control over it and transcend
it.  Similarly traditionally one would not even begin to look at prasthana
trayi bhashyas without some study of tarkashastra.  Even though Advaita
Vedanta rejects many of the tenets of Nyaya, the rigorous, logical
approach is how the mind is controlled and ultimately transcended.
