The bhautika element of bhagavan's body is only till the fact that it's a
part of prakriti and not completely different from him.
A usual upamana is that the lord is like an actor playing a role. It's not
right to think that the actor is actually affected if the role he plays
might be crying, laughing etc.
Like in the case of jeevas, there is no prarabdha karma that bagawan needs
to endure. So the sleeping, eating etc which are necessary for a jeevatma
to keep his body alive aren't required for the lord.
So the bleeding, wounding etc aren't like the other bodies because they are
enduring prarabdham. And in the case of bagavan he makes it appear as
though it's bleeding as there is no karma to be endured.

When lord appeared as narasimha or matsya or kurma on bulokha there was no
"birth in the womb".

Surely the need for sleep, food, etc. was also there. One might

It surely did. The entire universe was seen in that body in the sabha when
duryodhana tried to tie the lord.
His mouth was eating up entire worlds when he showed visvarupa to Arjuna.

Namo narayana
