- you have argued for the sanctity of only the bhAShya when reviewing and dismissing the works of other AchAryas within advaita sampradAya, why should the same not be extended here also, when dismissing what non advaitins have to say?

Yes, prabhuji for us shankara vANi is veda vAkya and I already said that my heart always goes with traditional stand with regard to this.  But unfortunately if at all some one comes and questions our shraddha and labelled it as just andha shraddha and argues that this supernatural stand on veda is quite illogical,  I cannot authoritatively justify my own stand using their own logic and arguments.  I have to bring them within the traditional circle and ask them to debate these issues on the basis of pramANa tarka which is acceptable only within the tradition.  So, with this, the belief rather conviction of aparusheyatva of veda-s rests within the circle only.
