Our Nation stands at the cusp of immense potential, with its youth forming
one of the largest demographic groups globally. However, an untrained
mind—overwhelmed by distractions and challenges—not only risks undermining
this potential but also poses a challenge to society's progress. VIVEKA
DEEPTHI is a transformative program *(designed by HH Sri Sri Shankara
Bharati MahaSwamiji Peetadhipathi of Yedatore Sri Yoganandeshwara
Saraswathi Mutt and administered by Vedanta Bharathi)* inspired by the
timeless wisdom of *Dakshinamurthy Ashtakam* , empowering the youth to
master their minds, channel their energy purposefully, and contribute to a
harmonious and progressive society.

Message 2

VIVEKA DEEPTHI invites *youth aged 18 to 45 *—be it students,
professionals, or seekers—who are open and eager to embark on a journey of
self-transformation. Rooted in the timeless principles of the
Dakshinamurthy Ashtakam, this program offers practical, secular and modern
techniques for mastering the mind and unlocking inner clarity using
contemplation and meditation techniques drawn from various scriptures. It
doesn’t matter which philosophy you follow or what your current practices
are— VIVEKA DEEPTHI complements and enhances your efforts, helping you
cultivate a sharper, more balanced mind and a deeper sense of purpose in
life.

The VIVEKA DEEPTHI Abhiyaana is a *year-long transformative journey,
running until October 2025,* with an ambitious vision to *impact 1 lakh
youth* . The program spans 20 hours, divided into five 2-hour sessions
focusing on key principles and practices, followed by 10 hours of guided
Nidhidhyasana and contemplative practice sessions. Designed with
flexibility in mind, participants can choose from online, physical, or
hybrid modes, and sessions will be conducted in multiple languages to
ensure accessibility and inclusivity for all.

*The VIVEKA DEEPTHI Abhiyaana is calling for dedicated volunteers aged
18-45 years* to join as Coordinators and lead this transformative
initiative. Each Coordinator will receive specialized training from the
Vidwans of the Mutt on the program's key aspects. In turn, they will form
study groups of 100 youths, guiding them through the structured sessions
and practices. It will take you no more than 2-3 hrs per week for a
Co-Ordinator (3-4 months) to complete volunteership (this can be done over
12 months). Comprehensive support, including training capsules and ongoing
assistance from Vidwans, will be provided. If you have a deep-seated
Asakthi (devotion), familiarity with any profound scripture, a desire for
inner transformation, and a passion to bring change, this is your
opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

*Sri Guru and the esteemed Vidwans of the Mutt will conduct the first
training session for registered volunteers this Sunday, November 24th, at
Vijaya High School.* This session marks the beginning of a series of
focused training programs designed to equip confirmed volunteers with the
knowledge and tools to lead their study groups effectively. Don’t miss this
opportunity to receive direct guidance and blessings from Sri Guru as you
prepare to contribute to this transformative Abhiyaana.



*Message 5 As a lead-up to the Sunday session, we will be organizing three
brief preparatory calls on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 9:00 PM,
each lasting 30 minutes. Vid Ashu *will join us to provide an overview of
the VIVEKA DEEPTHI program and share the expectations for volunteers. *Eager
volunteers are welcome to attend any of these sessions. Additionally, if
you are between the ages of 18-45 years and wish to volunteer, please

We are trying to collect volunteers for the dakshinamurthy abhiyana. First
meeting with Gurugalu is this sunday. Gurugalu wants 1000 youth trainers
(to be trained by Gurugalu) each of whom will take up the task of teaching
the anusandhana and dhyana techniques in DMS to 100 others.
