[Advaita-l] Is Human Endeavour far stronger than Sanchit Karma (Collected Ones) or Prarabdha

Namaste Abishek ji.
You have asked a very problematic question. You see, often opponents of
hinduism pose the same question. Is there any free will? If you say that
one can use his budhi and act accordingly, the budhi and manas both are
products of the prarbdha karma. Here is another issue, who is the "jeeva"
who has free will? The atman in the jeeva is just a seer and no
action/sankalpa can be ascribed to it. Then who has free will? The
budhi/manas complex? These are just jada('objects"), how can they have free
will? They are nothing but an amalgam of karmas and driven by prakriti.
The madhwas dont have this problem. They accept there is no free will and
the svabhava decides the destination of jeevas.
