Nice work.  It may benefit with comparison to the Nyaya definition of 
vyapti which can be found in tarkasangraha etc.  I can send you off-list 
an article "The Definition of Pervasion (Vyapti) in Navya-Nyaya" if it is 
of use.  It contains the text and English translation of 
Gangeshopadhyaya's Siddhantalakshana with commentaries.
