Hari Om, Bhaskar. What you say is true. On the other hand, that you are pointing out the differences in how others indicate a Jnoani, shows the shankar in us more than that Jnani. Even a jnani need learn to discard this duality in opinions, people and everything else. This comes only through constant internal practice shravanam and nithidyaasa and not writing or teaching philosophy. Absolutely no point one jnani from another as first of all we don’t even what a jnani is, how he/she lives and their thoughts. For that one needs lot more inner practice. While it might get some external support from scriptures the path is indeed arduous and has to be walked alone.A jnani is not affected due to what others think of him/her or the actions done by others. He is least bit affected or disaffected as he/she is beyond both. With Om and Prem,Raja Krishnamurti

Yes, paramArtha jnAni is Bhagavan (god) himself, when he has the realization that he is himself that secondless brahman why not he is God!!??  Interestingly, we address Sri Ramana maharshi as bhagavAn Shri Ramana maharshi whereas while addressing Sri Shankarachaarya we say " 'bhagavatpAda' shankarachaarya.  Let it be anything, the someone's view point is that since we are addressing the 'jnAni' by pointing our fingers to some individual, that individual jnAni must be in 'his' individual BMI, as a result he is not brahman but jnAni mAtra and still carrying the avidyAlesha and under the influence of his own prArabdha karma phala.  Note, as per them, it is not just in the eyes of bystanders but it is the real fate of that jnAni.

Hari Hari Hari Bol!!!
bhaskar
