Thanks for the clarification Sri Subbu prabhuji, Sri Kameswararao prabhuji and Sri Sri ram prabhuji.  One more private mail just received says that when you are doing archana, ArAdhana, Pooja etc. what is required is bhakti and Shraddha.  When you are doing LS pArAyaNa archana etc. with the mAtru bhAva that you are calling your mother like akka, avva, amma, taayi, maate etc. without expecting any siddhi – riddhi-s expecting only mAtru vAtsalya from her, simply do it without bothering about mantra deeksha.  Whereas if you want to do the ArAdhanAdi karma rigidly strictly in accordance with vidhi-s  to Shakti svarUpiNi with an intention of getting some specific  siddhi-s, riddhi-s like material prosperity etc. a proper initiation may be required…for that matter parama haMsa rAmakrishna did not take any initiation to call her mother affectionately and intently but bhagavati talked to him freely by giving the darshana!!

And interestingly within the span of just 10 – 15 minutes I got different viewpoints on the same topic and all are appear good and advisable ☺
